Yunvera offers digital products and access plans related to the WordPress ecosystem. Before paying, you will see the item, total price, delivery method and applicable conditions.

Yunvera is an independent store. WordPress and the names of plugins, themes, companies and brands displayed belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products and compatibility. No reference establishes a partnership, endorsement, commercial authorization or official representation.

When a product is identified as GPL, its code is distributed under the license applicable to the respective component, usually GPLv2, GPLv3 or a later version when permitted by its owner. Each file's actual license and accompanying copyright notices take precedence over any summary on this page.

GPL covers rights in software. It does not, by itself, grant rights to trademarks, logos, promotional images, official services, activation keys, support from the original developer or elements subject to a different license. Yunvera does not claim to own, represent or supply third-party proprietary licenses unless clearly stated in the offer.

These Terms do not restrict any rights granted to users by a GPL license. Access to Yunvera accounts, libraries, support and services must, however, be used responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

You must keep your password confidential, provide accurate information and notify support of any unrecognized activity. Your account is personal and must not be used to attempt access to other people's accounts, orders, files or information.

Purchased files and access become available after payment confirmation. Each product description explains its purpose, and support is provided through tickets when needed.

Compatibility may vary depending on site configuration, hosting, versions, other plugins, themes and changes made by users. Yunvera does not guarantee that any product will work without adjustments in every possible environment, but will investigate difficulties reported through support.

The prices and discounts shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Payments are processed by the provider identified at checkout. For recurring plans, billing, renewal and cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

You retain your rights under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights. For cancellations, order questions or refund requests, contact support with your purchase details for prompt review. Nothing in these Terms seeks to waive guarantees or rights that cannot legally be limited.

You may not use the platform for fraud, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass technical limits, malicious content, infringement of third-party rights or any illegal activity. We may suspend or restrict access where there are reasonable indications of misuse, preserving records necessary for security and legal obligations.

If you believe content infringes copyright or trademark rights, notify support with identification of the material, the basis of your request and contact details. We will review the request in good faith and may remove or restrict access to the material during review.

To the extent permitted by law, Yunvera is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, unavailability caused by third-party services, changes made by users or use of a product outside its purpose. This does not remove liability imposed by Brazilian law or consumer rights.

Anyone using the platform in violation of these Terms or the law is responsible for their own acts and any proven damage caused to Yunvera or third parties by that use.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Where consumer law requires a different rule, the guarantees and jurisdiction legally assured to the consumer will be preserved. We may update this document to reflect legal or operational changes; the current version will remain on this page.
